The only think I can't stand is the 12 hour shifts but that's just personal preference.

Co-workers and faith based organization.

$20 gift card is the only bonus in 9+ years, 2% max raise yearly IF we got one for the year, overall feeling of gloom and doom working for this company, in Texas but most decisions for equipment, policies&procedures, etc.. are made in California

Does not live up to what they profess to be about. Allow bullying and managers have clear favorites that can break any rules. Not all employees held to same standards.
