Pay is higher than most other places. Hours are likable. Given own set of tools (though they are not on par with most other companies).

Cons

Expected to do tons of administrative as well as physical labor with limited ceiling on pay and opportunity. Tons of turnover. Budgeting issues put a strain on ability yo complete job in a timely fashion. Work/personal life balance is probably 80/20. Poor communication.
