They keep you in lower mile trucks, no micro-management or annoying dispatchers, flexible loads and home times.

Cons

TA/ Petro as their fuel network, limited/preplanned fuel stops within network

Pros

Excellent pay, weekly min, amazing desk workers, new trucks, consistent miles, weather department encourages never to use chains (meaning bad weather = shutdown)

Cons

We had a couple bad experiences with one specific planner but they were resolved, breakdown likes to wait until something is a Big Deal before allowing it to be fixed

No partner no work. Not big on home time. Horrible orientation motel
