      Pros

      Home-time guarantee (they are serious about that). Plenty of miles. Very honest staff and managers. They are willing to give new drivers an opportunity to learn the industry when many other companies will not. Faith based company (they don't shy away from that fact), I think that's awesome. In this day and age we need God, Family and money.

      Cons

      To make the most money you must have HazMat endorsement and a good team driver. Be patient when communicating with fleet management. Most of the time they are quick to respond, but sometimes it may take a bit longer.
