Equipment and dispatch are generally friendly and efficient. You'll get to see the country.

Cons

Unless you have hazmat or a dedicated route some checks will be below industry standards and lots of time away if you have a family

-Great coworkers - very supportive and friendly vibe on the operations floor -High levels of responsibility - strong challenge -Never boring - the job changes everyday and keeps you on your toes

Cons

-Management micromanages situations and does not support decisions you make -Poor work life balance - even when you're at home, you're focused on work due to the stress level -Inconsistent - people are very concerned about losing their positions due to high turnover -Low feedback - rarely get feedback from management until you are in a disciplinary meeting
