After the orientation, training is non-existent. It's difficult to describe their idea of training because it varied wildly between the new hires. Some days you will shadow another fleet-manager, most of which are far, far too busy (or too new) to actually teach. Some days you'll fill in for people on vacation or on sick days, although you may have had little to no time with the relevant programs. It's hard to over-emphasize the complete lack of structured training and the level of useless stress it entails. Most of what I learned during my short stay there could have been taught in one week if there was an actual training program. The worst part is that management has absolutely zero way to determine if new hires are doing well or not.

Incredibly stressful job where you constantly feel like you can't win no matter how hard you kill yourself. Upper management has no idea what's really going on and puts way too much pressure on their employees; high turnover.
