      Decent pay, nice co-workers, easygoing night shift, lots of vacation days, teamwork

      Cons

      Terrible hours, in-efficient work place, management doesn't care about the little people

      Pros

      We were husband and wife team drivers from England who joined covenant straight from training , we pushed ourselves to hard at first which made us question the job, Now we look back we realize how good it was the management at every level were very helpful and our fleet managers and advocates were excellent . We enjoyed driving for covenant and are seriously considering returning.

      Cons

      They don't always get it right however they try there best and considering the the #of drivers and the ever changing factors they do a good job. The cons are there but be positive and get out of it what you put in
