      This company has an employee centric culture. This company provides educational opportunities This company has opportunities for advancement This company has people that are fair and easy to work for

      Cons

      This company has average to below average pay. This is a streamlined company where work capacity for most employees is 95%+ which is sometimes stressful when co-workers take vacation or or out sick. This companies IT systems are out-dated.

      Pros

      Loved the bonus program and team I worked with. We always earned our bonus and worked well together.

      Cons

      Not flexible hours. I had some health issues and lost my father. At first Covenant was very supportive. Most time I would make up my time for missing work coming in on the weekends if I could. .However after a life threatening infection after a surgery which required bed rest on the weekend my supervisor wrote me up and advised if I missed work or was late in the next 90 days that I would be fired. I knew that I had to go back to the doctor for a follow up in 2 weeks. so 2 days later I took a voluntary layoff which came out the day after my write up.

      Good company but don"t expect much from their so called Christian Values. You will be disappointing

      Pros

      I truly thought I found a home until I was requested to not idle so I could stay rested up. As a Driver trainer, They wanted me to set and example, so they could save money, code word, so they can bring in more money so they can live high on the hog at our lack of rest as drivers! sleeping in cold and heated environment. I was asked to resign or be terminated because I told them I would not comply. So much for Christian Values, and told them so!!!

      DO NOT TRUST THEIR SO CALLED CHRISTIAN VALUES. They talk the talk, but their walk is very lacking!!!
