      Pros

      Covenant was a good company to work for. I required more home time.

      Cons

      Not enough home time. Way to much time on the road. And when not on the road there wasn't the proper compensation for the certified driver trainers.

      they said I hit an overhead object I didnt hit anything but the person I need to talk to to strighten this out is never available
