Pros
A long time ago this was a good company to start working for if you were a non-college grad looking for an office job. It was hard work, but fair pay, and interesting stuff to do. I have been in a different industry for a long time, got laid off and after a year of unemployment and nothing biting, I went back to work for them. Things had changed quite a bit in Operations.
Cons
Unfortunately they pretty much only accept college grads now in the chew them up and spit them out model. (This would be for the Operations dept). Not a good choice for most grads unless you are desperate, because you're chances of ending up with a termination on your resume right out of the gate will be about 50-50. I left after a few months for a job that came up in my industry, but a lot of folk got fired while i was there that didn't deserve it. Some of it was pretty heartless and a lot of it stupid.
