This company is a lie from day one. To think the founder supposedly made a covenant with God. Safety runs this outfit and they are not very good at doing their job. They hire many foreign drivers and the tail is not connected to the body. They beat you out of mileage as they pay post office to post office. Nights it is nearly impossible to get them to answer the phone. As a driver you are every week having to fight to get the mileage that you are owed. I choose this outfit for principles and they have none. Everyone including the drivers are always trying to blame someone else.

I'm leaving soon, and I've been with them almost 2 yrs, because of pay, and I just wanna be home with my wife and kids more. My fleet team no matter how cool is was with them seem to just not care, but I want go into detail about the complaint its just to must, and they all sit next to each other so its there Word against your when it comes to upper management. Covenant has no room for a Solo drivers, even one that works hard and put in the time and made them lots of money. So basically loads over your need.
