      I've already indicated that Covenant Transport, Inc. is an excellent company to work for. How many times do I have to reenter the same information on this company.

      I've already indicated that Covenant Transport, Inc. has issues with its maintenance section; i.e. overworked, under paid. How many times do I have to reenter the same information on this company.

      Worse company I ever work for.

      Pros

      They treat you so bad that they will motivate you to get out of truck driving and finish college or learn another trade.

      Cons

      They put in roach motels (literally), they care nothing about the drivers, they hide behind Christianity to pretend the company is built on church morals but the management all behave wickedly. Too prove they don't care about drivers home-time I remember when they tried to team me up with somebody who lives in Miami, FL and I live in San Diego, CA. It's also a very racist, redneck good old boys club, I recommend all minorities to apply else where. I drove trucks for a lot of companies and this is the worse company I ever work for. Since then I have graduated from college and now working as a Operations Manager and on my Masters. Thx for the motivation Covenant.
