      New drivers are workhorse'd constantly till burnout, but they think money will solve it.

      Pros

      The money was pretty good.

      Cons

      Every thing else was not. For example the treatment of drivers (with the exception of 'certain' drivers that get praised). Some pretty bad horror stories from within the drivers circle, the treatment of some led them to be quite disgruntled which turned into some heavy losses financially and reputation-wise.

      they don't pay for vaction properly, they do it on you aniversry not when you take, some fleet mgrs should not be there they do not know what they are doing
