      Its my first job as a truck driver it went good an bad..at some time but in the end it was all good..

      Pros

      Covenant was a good company to work for. I required more home time.

      Cons

      Not enough home time. Way to much time on the road. And when not on the road there wasn't the proper compensation for the certified driver trainers.

      Pros

      Great training , good trainers , very good company overall ,impressive maintenance department and one of the best fleet leaders in The industry.

      Cons

      Less than avarage in salary , no place for a solo driver who has a family .. Very low cents per miles .. Starts at .22 unless .. Teaming or forced teaming in order to make a decent living.
