Christian atmosphere and nice co-workers. Hourly lunch break with fast food choices nearby.

Cons

Upper management only wants 20 years old with a degree fresh from college. Once they've been there for a while, they will let them go

Pros

Keep you busy. Bonuses are good . If you run like you’re supposed to you will love it.

Cons

Teaming company . If you don’t come in with your co-driver you will end up with a stranger . That pretty much speaks for itself .

Nice equipment is the only pro to this job.

Cons

No miles for teams. Terrible dispatch very poor comunication nobody knows what a home else is doing and the drivers lose miles waiting for office people to get their crap together.
