Pros

There are no pros for this company.

Cons

No communication what so ever. Drivers be ware this company only see's you as a number. Very disrespectful staff. Stay away from Lydia Caldwell very rude and incompetent at her job. They treat drivers as second class citizens. My teammate and I worked very hard. #1 on safety and productivity. out of 313 drivers and was treated like crap.

Pros

I truly have no pros to add...

Cons

My Co Driver went to sleep while driving. After the wreck covenant didn't know who was driving. Even tho I was in sleeper berth and got hurt I had to take a drug test. Took hours and hours to get to the er and when they finally sent a cab it was to go take a drug test. Not to go get checked out. They do this in house workers comp. So they can cheat and rob they workers. About 270 a week half of more goes to insurance etc etc so the money goes back into the conpany. So while u r hurt u really making no money at all. I almost lost everything. They don't stand for they drivers. Just the worst company I've seen so far!!!!
