      Pros

      They walk the walk and talk the talk. I am proud to be a part of this company even a year after I started.

      It seems the execs are a little disconnected from some things at times.

      Laid back attendance policy, can work from home occasionally.

      Cons

      Pay is no where near enough. No room for advancement. Requires you to do multiple jobs without extra pay (training, CSR, and planner work).
