My dispatch was trash. Very rude and combative. Literally had me removed from account for pulling over on impossible load he gave me due to me running out of hours and weather. My truck was nice but I stayed in the shop every week my four weeks with them. Communication was crazy until getting number for nights and weekends. I’d say you’re literally doing a coin toss when coming here. It will depend on the dispatcher you get because I don’t feel some are integral at all. I only gave one star for upper level management but when the dispatch dealing with drivers everyday is trash it makes it hard for them to keep people and manage situations.

Are trainer told me and my co driver we can drink on our 34 hr reset. Next thing we know we get a call from covenant that we are under investigation. Are trainer got on the phone with her mom and told her that we are fired anyway. This whole thing was a set up. I would like to speak with management because I have more information. But for now I will be sueing the trainer for racial discrimination. Again I will be speaking with management for more information
