Pros
My teammate was the only pro to Covenant. If you can find a good teammate that you get along with then having that extra person can be a plus most times
Cons
Everything about the company. Horrible dorms, if you are prior military they will lie about the starting pay and only credit you half of that amount. Truck constantly had issues (air brake leak) the first week that we got it and then all types of issues after that, they still would not get us a different truck. And to top it all off when I finally decided to leave they tried to only pay me .50 cents for a full week of work. DO NOT GO HERE
