      Pros

      It was hard at first. Training wasn't great,but once I got out and learned and managed to find a good partner it was great. Keeping a partner is key to success. You whave to run hard and strive to provide great service. The reward= a regular engineered route with predictable miles and set days off. Once to top pay-1 yr w/ hazmat endorsement I make 6 figure salary on good mileage route and home 2 days every weekend. This can be a great company, but you have to stop whining and do your part.

      Cons

      Start a blind rating system for driver trainers, too many are using trainees as meat in the seat and not actually showing them what they need to be successful. I have had a few temp partners over my 2 years who didn't correctly understand HOS and how to use a Qualcomm. I repeat, nobody in the company can edit drive time if you mess up.
