You can tell the Managers and Directors try to make work better and fun but the senior management is really disconnected and good ole boy. Lots of turnover sometimes even in management. Dealing with drivers every day can get tough and not everyone understands that. Be ready to be on the phone a lot. Pay isn’t that good. Other people not in driver management can be hard to work with. They offer bonuses and incentives but won’t do much to your normal salary.
