Decent Pay Great working culture If you're looking for fast paced, this is it. Decent Benefits Great starter company.

Cons

Do not expect significant raises. Upward Mobility is not a strength. Pay could be way better for their size. Always in transition, hard to focus on certain initiatives because everything is top priority.

Constate work and pushing for dispatcher record everything and say no when you feel uncomfortable

Persistent is what you gotta be if your going to hang on to working for them. It's some ignorant people working for them but learn who they are and stay away from them.
