Cons

Paid by the hour not salary. Required to use your own car with minimal vehicle allowance. Vehicle allowance is based on number of hours worked and not actual miles driven. Company only gives two holidays a year.

I have worked at CoventBridge for over 16 years, as a Hybrid Investigator, Case Manager and now a Recruiter. I have been afforded opportunity after opportunity to grow within the company, received full and consistent support for professional development. I have been able to do this all while telecommuting for the company which is an honor and a blessing that quite frankly cannot be illustrated by a few words. Investigations is a life style to which not all are accustomed. There is a need for a high level of integrity, personal accountability, fearless and competitive attitude and drive for success. Not everyone given the opportunity takes advantage of it.

None, they work you for themselves and then keep every bit of it. They intentionally withhold raises. Where you start is where you finish...and when it is Coventbridge..that position is LAST.

Cons

Salary and management is a joke. They should be and most likely will be investigated themselves by their own clients.
