Eh, its work, when they have it they can send you anywhere, they don't ask if you want to accept, at the same time, you can go without work from November thru February with very little work, and without the forthsight of management to work with you on being either part time, or hybrid.

Cons

You can be full time, but you will not always get full-time work. An extremely large amount of management turnover, In the period of 1 year, went thru 6 different managers.
