Pros

OK health insurance, flexible hours

Cons

The company does not care about high turnover or the millions of complaints it receives from staff. It often tells employees who threaten to quit to go right ahead. They brag about record profits and say there is no money for raises. The expectations are not possible to meet, and you will burn out quickly.

We thank you for taking the time to share your experience at CoventBridge Group with us and are glad to hear that you find this an enjoyable place to work as an analyst. We are continuously evaluating ways to improve the benefits offered to our employees, and your feedback helps us in that effort. Though we have done strenuous market research to ensure we provide extremely competitive insurance benefits (such as the below), we understand everyone’s needs are different and your feedback directs us in pinpointing what benefits work best for all employees: - Industry-leading benefits (medical, vision, dental) - Fuel card - Tuition reimbursement programs - 401K company match - Paid licensing - Growth opportunities - Company paid basic life, short- & long-term disability insurance - Vehicle Allowance with a Vehicle Utilization program that includes covering 100% of business-related fuel costs
