Pros

I really like working here as a desk investigator. I'm busy all day, my days go by so fast. Easy going dress code, great fully stocked break rooms, flex hours to a point, popcorn parties, monthly birthday cakes, I do my job with headphones on and stay focused the whole day.

Cons

I wish I could get to know my coworkers more...

Pros

I have worked for CoventBridge group for a couple of years now and after seeing some of the negative reviews on Glass Door, I wanted to share a different perspective. As with any job, there are always going to be pros and cons but in my opinion, the pros of working for this company significantly outweigh the cons. For starters, upper management strives to create an environment that fosters personal growth and learning. I often have the opportunity to share my opinion, which makes me feel valued and respected by my superiors. CoventBridge isn’t a company that is stuck in its old ways, it’s constantly growing and changing to make things more efficient and productive for their employees and their clients. CBG invests a lot of time into training their employees, so they really don’t want see you fail. In fact, if you express even the slightest bit of interest in moving up in the company, they will quickly get behind you and provide you the tools and training that you may need to do so. As with many companies, a lot of people get hired on for an entry level position; however, it doesn’t take long to get where you want to be if you’re a hard worker and you are vocal about your goals. The Jacksonville office is also very causal and relaxed. They hire a lot of young people that come straight from college or are still in school, so they understand the need for a flexible schedule. Many of the positions will allow you to work remote from home too, which is very convenient if you have a sick child or a doctor’s appointment. The people at CoventBridge Group are the kind of people who won’t forget your birthday and will make sure that you have a cake and balloons at your desk waiting for you. Overall, I would highly recommend CoventBridge Group to anyone who is looking for a position at a company that genuinely cares about its employees.

Cons

The pay isn’t the absolute best, and many of the positions can be stressful and draining. In this field, there is always work to be done, which can actually be a good thing if you’re an hourly employee and you want to work some overtime.

Pros

Had some good managers but they were let go or quit. The company was good before the merge then everything hit the fan.

Cons

The BE policy is a scam and they are stealing money from investigators. The management is a nightmare. There were some good case managers but they either saw the way things were going and left the company or they were laid off and replaced with lower paid people who have no clue what they are doing and are puppets and company men and women.
