nice cubicle, steady workflow, good pay and benefits

Cons

There is terrible communication between the higher ups and the editors. The office is dead silent when it really shouldnt be and there's a ton of pressure to get your work done and keep up appearances. Everyone keeps to themselves and it wasn't fun being there all day. They hired 20+ editors back in november and let them all go without warning 3 or 4 months later. Honestly, don't expect to be at this job long. They dont care about their employees and really play favorites.

Your other fellow QA employees, and the coffee machine in the break room.

Cons

Literally, everything else. All other negative reviews that you read are an accurate depiction of what a dark, hot sweat hole this establishment is. Any positive review is a sham. It's been a while since I've worked there, but reading other negative reviews has refreshed my memories, as they are all true. So if you take this position, only take it knowing that you'll be tossed a few months later. If you need it for the resume, by all means take it. Just remember to keep your options open while you're there.

Plenty of work for all investigators

Cons

The turn-around time for case submission is ridiculous! I do not know of any other investigative company that makes you turn in a case as soon as it is completed. That is unrealistic! Other companies give you a due date and the investigator has at least a week to turn in a case. The company sends too many emails, updates and calls regarding late cases and updates.
