Pros

The leadership of CoverMyMeds is truly interested in the success of each employee. It is a pleasure to work with smart people who inspire each other to be the best that they can be. Work life balance is a real thing, and everyone is treated like a future leader.

Cons

Fast growth comes with challenges from a lack of parking to crowded office space. Fortunately these challenges are always met with creative solutions like free shuttle service and rapid office expansion.

I absolutely love working at CoverMyMeds. We are actively working to solve complex, interesting and important problems. That unifying goal plus generous perks, thoughtful leadership and a comfortable work environment all work together to create a culture that is truly unique.

Cons

We're growing, so we're bound to experience growing pains. There are areas where we could have more concrete processes in place but, we're getting there.
