I love working at CoverMyMeds! This is easily the best job I have ever had. The company truly believes in what the preach and follows through - transparency, dedication, work place happiness, work-life balance, fun, laughs, BEER, compassion. It's all there, believe the hype :) One of my favorite parts about working here is the opportunity the employees are given to rise up to new challenges, some that aren't even laid out in front of you. If you are ambitious and hardworking and believe in helping people lead healthy lives, this is the place for you. You will feel guided and supported while also feeling trusted and not micro-managed. It's an incredible balance that creates amazing work! While the onsite chef and beer on tap are incredible perks, it's the people at CMM that make it the best place to work in Ohio. Every single person is caring, hard working, and genuinely dedicated to the mission of the company. That's what makes me excited about getting up for work every day.

None so far! Being cautious of growing so fast and the implications that may have on communication and user experience would be my only thought.
