      Pros

      The Pay is nice and competitive, and the schedule is easy and flexible. There is opportunity for outside and inside work to be done.

      Cons

      Could use more Overtime, and better adherence to procedures across the shifts. Could really be offered better incentives and extra curricular benefits.
