      Pros

      Lay back environment, open minded upper management (most of them).

      Cons

      Some of their main site - Plant Managers does not think Engineers are important for his Operation. They seems only need them when they have a problem.

      Pros

      I really like the corporate culture in Covestro. Everyday is busy, but not make you feel overwhelmed. People are super friendly, the hierarchy is flat and you would have the chance to talk to some higher level professionals.

      Cons

      I guess the task could be more challenging, but it really depends on personal preference. Other than that I think this company is great.
