The company Challenges its employees, but their culture is very flexible. The company believes in continuous growth for Borge the employees and the company/products. There are good people to work for and with. The company is innovative and that makes it fun.

Cons

I can't think of any cons, but they're making me write at least 20 words so I will repeat myself that I can not think of any cons.

Good and stable international company with possibility of international experience. Interesting package for employees (salary, medical insurance, car). Nice and helpful teams (most of the time).

Cons

Management. You should get along with your manager otherwise nobody would help you. Also the promotion of people is very strange. The most deserving once are staying at the same positions for years and the less deserving once are promoted. Bureaucratic processes. For simple things you need thousands of actions, tools, papers, approvals, which slow down the work.
