Cons

It would be nice working closer to home and working for a company that is growing fast.

Great benefits, policy of keeping skilled employees during recessions instead of layoffs, good promotion possibilities.

Cons

Pay is slightly below average than other chemical/refinery plants, but job security is much better. Safety needs to be followed better. Lots of lip service to safety but much less practice due to pushing quantity first.
