Good company with opportunities. Great training program, Great people around you with similiar background

Cons

Lack of options for different departments or roles, even in big organisations. The title or job scroop is very different from similar industries, hard to change to other organizations due to narrow responsibilities within the roles.

Cons

There is too much planning and not enough doing. Slow moving company. Small projects will take months to complete.
