I lasted a couple years at the East Providence plant until finding another company offering decent treatment and appreciation for giving my all and working to be a valuable employee. Seems like nothing mattered if some of us weren't I'm the loop and cutting corners or doing whatever it took to get by. I felt sorry for new employees, and wouldn't work here if they doubled my pay
