Management Lack of development opportunities You are “on call” at all times for blocked orders Overall department environment - unhealthy, toxic and manipulative Work / life balance is difficult Change is slow due to every update needing to be run through the home office The department has had a cycle of turnover for many years and for good reason. Most generally stay a year and then move on.
