Great place to work with a mission you can get behind

Pros

One of the few places that allows you to have meaningful impact across multiple fronts: - Creating opportunities for individuals who may not have been able to access those opportunities, leading to productive careers in healthcare. - Tackling a national shortage of healthcare workers that's impacting quality and access to care. This mission alignment can be felt in the DNA of the company.

Cons

Nothing that you don't experience in most companies.

Four-day workweek, but leadership lacks connection

Pros

Four days in office. Pay is commensurate with industry average.

Cons

Senior leadership is disconnected. Teams are being dowsized while workload increases. Key motivator of all decisions is stock price.

Pros

- Strong benefit offerings (health, dental, vision, paid holidays, PTO, 6% retirement match) - Flexible (unlimited) PTO for some roles - Bonus program for some roles - Fair salary - Flexible schedule - Fulfilling work with student and alumni populations

Cons

- Health insurance offerings don't have the best coverage - 4 days required in the office if you're within 50 miles of an office (2-3 days would be very sufficient) - Parking coverage isn't fair across office locations - It's a large organization with acquisitions and rebrandings and brand new teams/departments that have occurred over the years. Processes can feel sloppy, but it's really team-dependent.
