Pros

Benefits, individual contributors, managers, and directors are dependable and pleasant, lots of room for lateral movement and some space for upward growth, excellent place to learn from others in your field (many teams and often many others in your role)

Cons

Higher-mid leadership are immature in their engagement with trains and teams. They come across as unpredictable, demanding, inconsistent, and unwilling to change behaviors and patterns that drive top performers from the organization.
