Pros

Good benefits. If you're lucky enough to land on a team with a good manager, your experience can be substantially better.

Cons

Too much outsourcing. Too few managers. Too much bureaucracy. Your manager codes too. AI first, wrong mindset. Burnout is everywhere. Hidden after-hours expectation.

Pros

This company does a good job of supporting its employees. The approach is employee-friendly, and there are many advancement opportunities if one is willing to relocate. Training is also readily available. During my time here, I grew in my career and gained many benefits.

Cons

This is not quite a family, but is truly a business environment. It is important to understand that. Many people view success as personal career growth, and it will show out in actions. The individual either conforms to the same pattern, or they become truly people-focused.
