      The people, benefits and facilities and amenities are great. I enjoy meaningful projects and challenges.

      Cons

      Very political; leadership is lacking in transparency and ethics, especially in HR.

      Pros

      Pension for existing employees, but if you start you won’t get it!!! Benefits and pay is comparable. Some people are great to work with.

      Cons

      Management, management, management. So many re-orgs, so many layers, so many chefs in the kitchen. If you are not in Atlanta, you don’t stand a chance. Lay offs!!! They use downsizing as an excuse to get rid of people they don’t want anymore. If you are thinking about applying here, consider the possibility of getting laid off.
