Family first focus (if you have kids), people are initially friendly, have great speakers at all hands company events, ATL headquarters are nice, unlimited pto

Cons

Passive aggressive culture, leadership has little experience outside the company or industry, sr leadership micromanages everything, favoritism and exceptions made for certain people (e.g., promos, remote work options), all day meeting culture, mandatory in office attendance for people with remote teams, career advancement options only if you move to ATL, lots of RIFs, many low ambition people coasting
