My negative experiences with leadership are limited to just one executive in particular, but are so disconcerting I still have to mention it. Hopefully their bosses will eventually recognize the patterns and address the issue. When you come to work each day with a sense of dread, you know there's something very wrong. One foot out the door at this point. If it weren't for the pandemic, I'd have already left. For all the Cox high points, I could not recommend my department to anyone in my field for fear they'd end up in a similar situation, under the same individual.

They were racist towards their overseas teams, and would often say degrading things about them. Very much an old boys club mentality. If you are not a white man you will not like your experiences here.
