      Company actually cares about it's employees and there are constant reminders. Could be a pro for some or a con but there is constant change with this company.

      Cons

      Internal career mapping isn't the best but there is still a ton of opportunity to move around and try different careers here.

      Good culture, good benefits, nice people. Inclusion exists and is a major focus, which is good.

      Cons

      Profitability is not a main focus of the business. There is too much management autonomy in order to steer the ship, but it comes at a cost of people getting cut when numbers aren't being hit. Transparency is selective and information comes with spin. The illusion of teamwork exists. I see workplace backstabbing every day. Just know that jobs are actively being outsourced.
