      Pretty laid back work environment

      Cons

      Management needs work. I was trained by 3 different people and all had their way of doing things. When I spoke to the management (who complained alot) so i asked her to meet with me to discuss my performance. She never did. I was told on Friday that I did not need to return on Monday. Very rude and unprofessional.

      Pros

      Cox Automotive has many different companies, so if looking for a change, you can stay with the company, and still find a new career path. This company provides Medical and Pension after 20 years!

      Cons

      There is a lot of politics that has started, which has increased tremendously since some major leadership turnover, which has not been good.

      Cons

      It takes too much to get rid of bad employees. Reorgs and cost cutting driven by the finance department who have very little understanding of the true effects of their cost cutting measures. I.e., laying off an IT support team you need, realizing it 3 months later, then trying to replace the group 3 months later.
