Pros
Good pay and benefits. Should be a great place to work again when the smoke clears.
Cons
Sales quotas are so high that you are in danger of not making them if you take your time off. Lots of pto but can’t use it. Company has been going through a right-sizing and many have taken early retirements when eligible and recently over 900 laid off with stories of more to go.
