Pros

Pension for existing employees, but if you start you won’t get it!!! Benefits and pay is comparable. Some people are great to work with.

Cons

Management, management, management. So many re-orgs, so many layers, so many chefs in the kitchen. If you are not in Atlanta, you don’t stand a chance. Lay offs!!! They use downsizing as an excuse to get rid of people they don’t want anymore. If you are thinking about applying here, consider the possibility of getting laid off.

Benefits, culture, and people (in general) are fantastic

Cons

The Chief Product officer and technology officer are in way over their heads. No strategic direction, immature management style and completely clueless of talent recognition. If you are from Vermont and fit the acutely defined demographic, then you may stand a chance. How this team is still surviving is mystifying !
