      Cons

      You bust your butt, and you are one that gets layoff. However, the lazy, piece of crap leader keeps their job after they destroy the business. Cox Enterprise has changed so much in10 years. At one time Cox Enterprise was known as one of the top places to work, but after so many layoffs, removal of the pension the company is a shadow of its former-self. Shame !!!! Shame !!!! to all the "leaders" at Cox Auto and Cox Enterprise.

      Great place to work. There is no micromanagement. Opportunity to work from home and flexible time. Good benefits package and 401K contribution.

      No opportunity to grow and not easy to get a raise
