I had the bad experience of joining this company . My delegation of authority and scope of support was not defined properly during probation period that shows the leadership is not so very good. Bad supervisory management .

Cons

Although my first 2 weeks of onboarding went with trainings , getting to know the people and work culture, however I was disappointed from my job duties played out later different from what was I told in the beginning. Mutual trust with manager was jeopardized, causing mental stress, harassment, micromanagement and as a result hampering my work efficiency. the roles and responsibility was not clearly explained before assigning tasks by manager .

Lovely people, some good products in the offering with the benefit of a huge company to prop them up.

Cons

Unworkable, Americanised management structure, which doesn't work. Far too top heavy, which encourages unhealthy internal competition. Ultimately everyone spends too much time squabbling instead of getting the job done.
