      Pros

      Development culture is great, good PTO (increased drastically recently), decent benefits, training opportunities, good salaries, growth opportunities. Management at all levels seems to really care.

      Cons

      Management and leadership is sometimes lacking, or too distracted to do their job. Benefits are expensive for such a large company- and few flexible options like HDHP or HSA.

      Pros

      Great benefits!! Family oriented corporation, which is rare to find. Lots of programs to develop your career. Best automotive business solution in the industry. Really good place to work for!

      Cons

      Too many changes in the sales roles. Client base can be difficult at times. There is very little communication, and it starts at the top. Sometimes planning seems rushed.
