First, the management's leadership level is poor. They just want you to do your work and nothing more. They get paid high bonuses for no reasons while the first line employees working hard day after day get paid almost minimum wage. The culture is all over the place. Reactive environment with barely any efforts for proactive measures. It's a basic work environment with no structure.

Salary a little low than it should be.
